Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Although you can come to our stores (pick up point), official returns must be done via email.
To start a returnor claim, you MUST contact us at agiuspippa90@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We reserve the right to refuse items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
However, Clearance Sale items items are not eligible to exchange or refund
Credit notes
Once we receive the returned item you will get a credit note in the form of a gift card via email which can be used within a 6 month period.
The client is responsible for any handling fees of the items shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as pacifiers). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Items such as Nursing bras and Support belts fall under the category of Underwear and cannot be returned.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Delivery charges are non refundable and the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund, including the delivery costs not charged in case you benefited from a free delivery offer. Any website and payment processing fees will also be deducted from the refund. This includes 2% website fees and 2 % credit card fees in the case of Credit Card payment
